LSHS Baseball 2024 Captains practice’s will begin on Sunday, January 7th from 6-8pm at the Mash Facility in Savage.

There will be 10 sessions all on Sundays at the Mash Facility.

The setup at the Mash facility is more baseball centric than the Lakeville Dome and will offer a better baseball experience/training for the players. Baseballs, bases, 90' turf infield layout, cages, pitching machines are what the facility includes for us to use.

No Spikes Allowed (tennis/turf shoes only)

• Players should bring: Hat, Glove, Bat, Helmet, Batting Gloves

There will be a $100 cost per player. (cost of renting space at the Mash facility is the same as what we paid for the dome space)

All Lakeville South baseball players are encouraged to play a Winter sport, or participate in strength training at the Lakeville South High School weight room. Talk to Strength Coach Sahli to get started with your baseball focused strength program.
