TICKETS: Every player is asked to purchase 10 tickets ($10/ticket). That $100 can be recovered by selling those tickets to friends, family, and neighbors. 

• Players can pick up their 10 tickets at the Captain's Practice on Sunday January 28th - OR - Sunday February 4th. 
• The preferred method of payment is Venmo (Venmo QR code is attached as DiamondClub_Venmo.jpg) or by check (made out to “Lakeville South Baseball Boosters”).

Donations:

As you probably know, these socials are powered not only by attendance but also by donations. Without donations from the community or individuals the success of this Social will be limited. We are asking for the following types of donations.

Donation Idea 1: Live Auction

• Weekend at your cabin/ Vacation Package
• A Twins/Wild/Vikings game from season ticket holders

Donation Idea 2: Silent Auction

• Bottle(s) of liquor
• Case(s) of beer
• Autographed sports apparel
• Private chef/cooking lesson
• Professional family or senior picture session
• Where do you work? Salon, Spa, Auto Shop – will they donate?

You can drop-off items for both the live and silent auctions starting NOW. All live and silent auction items must be dropped off at these locations by February 16th.

In addition to these donation ideas, grade level Coordinators will be reaching out to all player families for separate donations to complete grade level silent auction baskets.

The goal is for each player to sell 30 pizzas (same as last year). Please complete and submit this form whether you are selling pizzas or choosing the buyout option.

• PIZZA PICK UP ON: Thursday, February 8 from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. LSHS Upper Back Lot (volunteers arrive by 2:45 to sort please!)

Orders due Saturday, November 11, 2023. 
Pick up will be on Monday, December 4th at Lakeville Collision. Time of pick up is still TBD, but we will need volunteers to help with sorting this day. Dib sessions will be posted soon. We would love to see some of the boys assist after school with sorting, as well as helping during pick up to load the plants.
